So I'm trying to piece together a guide, here's the talent section:

Juggs get access to the Immortal tree, which is where you will spend most of your points.  The Vengeance tree is more for PvE DPS and the Rage tree is pretty much PvP goodies (stuns, slows, etc).

    Target Build at 50 (33/8/0):  http://www.torhead.com/skill-calc#101fMGcubrouRZhG.1

    Recommended Order

3/3 Decimate -- you'll use this in every fight, 30% damage increase helps not only with soling but holding agro

3/3 Battle Cry -- Force Scream is you single highest damage ability in early game (when you are most rage challenged), you'll use this on every pull

2/2 Enraged Sunder -- Did I mention that you'll be rage starved at first, this helps on a bread an butter rage building ability

3/3 Guard Stance -- 6% ranged/melee defense?  Oh hell yes!

2/2 Lash Out -- Retaliation ignores global cool down, you want to use it every time it's up, so reduced rage cost is huge

1/1 Invincible -- It's a great panic button with a short cool down.  You should use it all the time, don't save it, your healers will thank you.

    2/2 Quake
-- 5% aoe accuracy reduction on a skill that you already use in every pull, this is a must.

3/3 Blade Barricade -- an additional 6% defense that is essentially always up

3/3 Heavy Handed -- Yes, I know you just opened up a new tier, hold your horses and max out this talent before heading up the tree.  The 15% damage bonus is a threat-fest.

2/2 Shield Specialization -- You are using a shield, right?  Add 4% to shield chance and take less damage, easy math.

1/1 Backhand -- Want to stun champions with a high-damage bitch-slap?  Yeah, I thought so.

1/1 Force Grip -- Force Choke is no longer channeled, so light them up while they are stunned and suspended in the air like a burning man hippy.

2/2 Sonic Barrier -- Nice little defensive buff to an awesome offensive spell, this is a no brainer.

3/3 Sweeping Fury -- All kinds of rage generation help here.  Enrage cool down reduction  plus Soresu bonus.  (I take this before Revenge because it gives me more flexibility in skill use.

2/2 Dark Blood -- Not a bad buff with the elemental/internal damage reduction, and gets us to the 31-pointer.

1/1 Crushing Blow -- This is just an awesome tank skill.  Lead with it, and just press this one every time it's up.  The damage bonus from having 5 stacks of sunder already up is pretty amazing.

    2/2 Improved Sundering Assault
-- Now that getting sunder capped means something, go back and pick this up.

3/3 Accuracy -- This will benefit threat generation and prevent you from having to work so hard on hit-capping with gear.

2/2 Revenge -- Nice little rage saver.

Options:  You could spend those last two points on Dreadnaught for a 6% increase to strength, which will boost damage and absorb stats some.

Just wanted to update this after hitting endgame -- I'm still sold on this build.  I might try taking 2 points out of Battle Cry to get the 6% increase to strength from Dreadnaught.  Rage kinda stops being a problem in late game.
