http://www.torhead.com - one of the better sites out there. Skill calculator, achievement guides, flashpoint maps. Chock full of TOR info goodness!
http://sithwarrior.com - fantastic site for theorycrafting, discussions on all the classes/specializations, crew skills and companions
http://www.tor-loot.com - flashpoint loot by class/gear. Fairly new but has a great start and should become a great resource for finding where to farm optimal gear for your toons
http://www.swtor-tanking.com - all things tank related
http://www.oldrepublic.net - quality site with some great guides including class breakdowns with stats, abilities, companions and ships
